- Own business planning, performance reporting, and operational strategy for the Top Creator Program
- Build dashboards and analyze creator performance, GMV, content output, and program health
- Support strategic initiatives, including creator tiering, incentive programs, incubation, and seasonal campaigns
- Identify automation opportunities and improve team processes and reporting
- Partner with Product, Ads, Category, Marketing, and Data teams to execute cross functional projects
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and executive presentations to support decision making
- Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and operational frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or E commerce
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience building dashboards, analyzing business performance, and managing cross functional projects
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, data driven environment
- Experience in e commerce, marketplaces, affiliate marketing, or the creator economy (preferred)
- Experience with automation, process improvement, and performance reporting (preferred)
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms (preferred)
