From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
TikTok seeks a results-driven Live Content Strategy and Operations Manager focusing on the Middle East region.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our live streaming content strategy, driving live creators' engagement, and scaling impactful projects across the region.
You can use your deep understanding of Middle Eastern culture, market trends, and data insights to enhance TikTok's live streaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities
1.
Content Strategy & LIVE creators Growth: Analyse live streaming content and industry trends in the Middle East.
Develop tailored content strategies to encourage creators to go live and improve content quality, ensuring alignment with regional preferences and TikTok's global brand.
2.
Project Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Independently lead live streaming projects from concept to execution.
Coordinate with multiple teams, including content, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
3.
Regional Expansion & Resource Integration: Leverage your knowledge of Middle Eastern culture and creator characteristics.
Integrate online and offline resources to drive the large-scale implementation of live streaming projects, maximizing reach and engagement in the region.
4.
Data-driven Optimization: Use basic data analysis skills to evaluate the creators’ performance during live streams.
Identify issues, provide targeted solutions, and continuously optimize strategies to boost user experience and platform growth.
Minimum Qualifications
1.
Work Experience:3+ years of experience in live streaming operations, content strategy, or relevant fields, with a proven track record in the Middle East market.
2.
Cultural & Market Expertise: Knowledge of the Middle East regional culture, traditions, and the unique characteristics of Middle Eastern TikTok creators
3.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
1.
Skills: Strong project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Proficient in basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) to extract actionable insights.
2.
Personal Traits: Passionate about live streaming and the digital content industry.
Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
