The Role
The Third Key Holder, Visual is responsible for visual merchandising and marketing directives.
The role collaborates with management on store and stockroom operations.
When team leaders are absent, the role is responsible for all store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision.
- Create a friendly environment by greeting, acknowledging, and re-approaching every customer.
- Maintain product knowledge and process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in applying employee manual standards.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience.
- High school diploma is an asset.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
- Strong time management, priority-setting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
