Role Overview
This is an 18–24 month temporary maternity leave replacement responsible for delivering assigned ecommerce projects from beginning to end.
The role tracks post-launch KPIs and optimizes ecommerce performance.
Project Delivery
- Act as liaison between business teams, IT, and external suppliers to clarify needs and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs, rules, requirements, and project progress.
- Participate in testing strategy definition and validate user test plans.
- Manage workflow across multiple concurrent projects and coordinate meetings and communication with IT, UX, and technical teams.
- Perform quality assurance on deliverables before deployment.
Optimization and Partnerships
- Build relationships with third-party partners for post-launch initiatives and optimization.
- Lead ongoing A/B testing to optimize site revenue and conversion.
- Maintain knowledge of ecommerce platform capabilities and educate the team on new product launches and tools.
- Identify new opportunities and monitor the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing digital, ecommerce, or technology projects from planning through post-launch optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, UX, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital technologies, website functionality, and online customer experiences.
- Exceptional project management, organization, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risks, opportunities, and solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- French, Agile or hybrid project experience, and Jira, Asana, Slack, or similar tools are considered assets.
Work Location
- The role requires working in-office in Laval.
