Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision.
• Create a friendly customer environment through greeting, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
• Process purchases at the register.
• Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in maintaining store standards.
• Perform other duties directed by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience.
• High school diploma is an asset.
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
• Strong time management, priority-setting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
