Role Overview
Ardene is hiring a Senior Digital Program Manager for e-commerce project delivery.
The role is a temporary mat leave replacement for 18–24 months.
The position is based in-office in Laval and involves delivery from project planning through post-launch optimization.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external suppliers to clarify needs and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs, business rules, requirements, and project progress.
- Participate in testing strategy definition and validate user test plans with clients.
- Deliver e-commerce projects while managing workflow across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate with IT, UX designers, and technical managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
- Quality-assure deliverables before deployment and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners for post-launch optimization.
- Lead A/B testing to optimize site revenue and conversion and track KPIs after launch.
- Stay current on e-commerce platform capabilities and product launches and educate the team on platform use.
- Identify new opportunities and monitor the competitive landscape.
