About the Role
ALEMCO is seeking an experienced Testing & Commissioning Foreman to lead MEP system commissioning for landmark UAE projects. The role involves overseeing daily commissioning activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring systems meet specifications.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily commissioning activities for all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage systems
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and commissioning agents to execute commissioning plans
- Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance during installation and commissioning
- Prepare and maintain commissioning schedules, progress reports, and documentation
- Conduct system tests, inspections, and troubleshooting, ensuring all deficiencies are resolved
- Ensure all safety protocols, codes, and standards are followed
- Lead and supervise commissioning technicians and trades on site
- Support final handover procedures, including O&M manuals, training sessions, and client demonstrations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a Foreman or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and associated controls
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant trade certification or technical engineering qualification preferred
- Knowledge of commissioning software, tools, and reporting platforms is a plus

Your Role

What We’re Looking For
