Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for large scale MEP projects
- Oversee model updates, clash detection, and coordination between design and site teams
- Implement and monitor BIM workflows using Revit and Navisworks, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines
- Manage BIM deliverables and model integrity in line with the overall programme schedule
- Support site teams by resolving coordination issues and maintaining up to date as built models
- Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and design departments to ensure seamless information flow across all project stages
Requirements
- 8–10 years of BIM coordination experience within large scale MEP projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination principles, and BIM standards
- Ability to manage federated models, resolve conflicts, and maintain project documentation efficiently
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8–10 years of BIM coordination experience within large scale MEP projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows. Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination principles, and BIM standards. Ability to manage federated models, resolve conflicts, and maintain project documentation efficiently.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of working effectively with both design and site execution teams.
- Delivery Focus: Proven track record in managing BIM deliverables and meeting programme requirements under tight deadlines.
