- Design and parameterize substation control and monitoring systems
- Parameterize HMI/SCADA and BCU/protection digital relays for MV and HV IEDs
- Commission substation control and monitoring systems including FAT and SAT
- Prepare technical reports and documentation (panel drawings, test protocols, SCADA point lists)
- Report to technical project management
- Follow EHS guidelines
- Stay updated with end user technical standards and regulations
- Work in a team environment and share knowledge
- Travel across the kingdom for commissioning activities
- Implement cybersecurity in automation systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics and Communication
- More than 5 years of experience
- Experience with SIEMENS SAS System/XENON/A8000
- Certification for SAS System/Cybersecurity
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel across the kingdom

Role Overview
- Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation combines Digital Power Distribution and Digital Building Infrastructure technologies.
- The role is for a Testing and Commissioning Engineer (Substation Automation System) based in Saudi Arabia/Jeddah.
Your Role
- Substation control and monitoring system design and parameterization
- Human Machine Interface / SCADA Parameterization
- BCU and Protection digital relay parameterization for Medium and High Voltage IEDs
- Substation control and monitoring system commissioning including FAT and SAT with witness
- Prepares technical reports and documentation (panel drawings, test protocols, SCADA Point list/Module data Checklist)
- Project reporting to the technical Project management
- Responsible to follow EHS guidelines
- Update with end user technical standards and regulations
- Working in team environment and sharing knowledge
- Travel all over the kingdom for participation in commissioning activities
- Implement the cybersecurity in automation system

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics and Communication
- More than 5 years of Experience
- SIEMENS SAS System/XENON/A8000
- Certification for SAS System/Cybersecurity
- Travel all over the kingdom for participation in commissioning activities
- Fluent in English
