- Develop and execute the regional project sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Drive order intake, revenue growth, and profitability across assigned markets
- Identify new infrastructure and industrial projects at an early stage and build relevant market intelligence
- Expand market share and strengthen Siemens' competitive positioning in the LV portfolio
- Lead regional project sales teams to achieve ambitious business targets
- Establish a high performance culture focused on customer success and execution excellence
- Identify, qualify, and pursue major project opportunities across the Middle East
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, utilities, and end users
- Influence project specifications and secure preferred vendor positioning
- Engage senior decision makers throughout the project lifecycle and develop long term strategic partnerships
- Improve partners' project hit rates through proactive engagement and support
- Ensure full compliance with Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the low voltage switchgear industry within the ME markets
- Expert level knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) products and Busbar Systems
- Solid experience working with key consultants, contractors, and stakeholders in the power distribution market
- Strong expertise in electrical networks, low voltage switchgear design, and applicable standards and regulations
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to conduct product, market, and competitive analyses
- Excellent presentation, communication, and market intelligence capabilities
- Strong customer orientation and a growth mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Your Qualifications And Skills
