About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform test flights at Airbus Tianjin Delivery Centre
- Perform in service aircraft test flights worldwide
- Deliver specific test flying training course to Customers
- Support ACO1V for all Test Airspace related topics pertaining to flight test
- Support ACO1V with all Safety related topics pertaining to flight test
- Ensure effective Customer relationship during aircraft delivery activities
- Enhance Customer perception of Airbus during the aircraft delivery process
- Enhance Customer perception of Airbus when providing specific training courses for aircraft testing
- Act as Pilot for test flight activities in Airbus Delivery Centre(s)
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely in compliance with instructions from Airbus Flight Test & Integration Department
- Ensure continuing qualification (pilot license, medical certificate and recency) on all assigned Airbus aircraft
- Support ACO1V for all tasks associated with flight test operations
Requirements
- Hold an Air Transport Pilot License recognized by CAAC
- Hold a valid Medical Class 1
- Hold a flight test rating 2 or graduate from a recognized Test Pilot School
- Minimum 3000 flying hours Corporate or Military operations OR minimum 5000 flying hours Airline Operations
- Experience as pilot in command: minimum 1000 hours
- Fluent English language
- Flexible to adapt to an operational and reactive environment

Qualifications
- Hold an Air Transport Pilot License recognized by CAAC
- Hold a valid Medical Class 1

- Minimum 3000 flying hours Corporate or Military operations OR minimum 5000 flying hours Airline Operations

- Fluent English language (Chinese, French or German as an advantage)
Ability
- Soft Skills: effective communicator, problem solver, strategic thinker
- Technical Skills: Aerospace related education (flight test and engineering an asset)
