About the Role
Net2Source is hiring a Test Lead - Cards for a 12-month contract in Dubai. The role involves leading UAT and functional testing for card payment systems, including issuing and acquiring applications.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate UAT and functional testing for card issuing and acquiring applications
- Prepare test plans, execute functional, regression, integration, and compliance testing
- Validate end to end transaction flows, settlements, and reconciliation processes
- Identify, track, and resolve defects by working closely with business and development teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Visa, Mastercard, vendors, and service providers on system changes and new initiatives
- Provide regular testing status updates and ensure timely project sign off
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Banking/Payments with strong exposure to Cards Issuing & Acquiring
- Hands on experience in functional, UAT, regression, and integration testing
- Good understanding of card transaction lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, interchange, merchant onboarding, and payments
- Experience working on payment systems implementation or transformation projects
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and card scheme processes
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
