- Set up, validate, maintain and improve PCBA test procedure in production
- Ensure technical support in production for Failed PCBAs diagnosis after ICT/Flying probe/functional test
- Design PCBA/FG test procedure and Work Instructions in production
- Interact with Manufacturing Test development team during design phases
- Track defect rate at FCT/ICT Test process steps during Pre series and in production via Pareto analysis
- Define, manage and realize Testers and Test fixtures maintenance activities
- Define repair process for failed PCBA/FG to be applied in production
- Suggest CI and VAVE projects for productivity improvement
- Develop, deliver and maintain Operators and Maintenance work instruction and plan for PCBA & FG electronic test equipment processes
- Manage and realize maintenance activities level 2 & 3 (preventive maintenance and internal external equipment calibrations)
Requirements
- Experience in PCBA testing and manufacturing
- Knowledge of ICT, Flying Probe, and Functional test processes
- Ability to design test procedures and work instructions
- Experience with test fixture maintenance and calibration
- Familiarity with quality standards and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
