About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager – Toll & Transit , you will be responsible for onboarding fleet operators within your assigned territory and promoting FASTag fueling at designated fuel outlets. The role demands a strong understanding of fleet operations, effective stakeholder coordination, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales and cross-sell targets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly FASTag sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper training of sales executives and maintain high-quality sourcing standards.
- Meet cross-sell targets across relevant banking and transit products.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive FASTag adoption and usage.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of fleet operator prospects.
- Promote FASTag fueling at identified fuel outlets through targeted activities.
- Leverage market insights to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Education
Graduation: Any discipline
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in fleet operations, logistics, or transit-related services.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of fleet operations and customer servicing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
