- New account creation and development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve sales targets as set out by the company
- Continuous development of a comprehensive sales pipeline
- Promote and sell all types of new and used wholegoods assigned to role
- Promote rental and rental purchase of new and used wholegoods
- Deliver continuous prospecting activity and development of new accounts
- Keep current on product knowledge and industry competitive models
- Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and quotations
- Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis
Requirements
- Sales industry experience and/or comprehensive knowledge of agriculture equipment considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
- Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers
- Highly motivated, ambitious and energetic entrepreneurial outlook
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite
- Must be available to travel as needed; valid driver's abstract and passport required
- Bilingual (English & French) considered an asset

Overview
- Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager for our Rocky View Agriculture location.
- The Territory Manager Agriculture role is vital in creating, fostering, and growing customer relationships within the defined area of responsibility.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- New account creation and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers.
- Achieve Sales targets as set out by the Company.
- Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline.
