Responsibilities
- New account creation and development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve sales targets as set out by the Company
- Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities
- Promote & sell all GeoPositioning products assigned to role
- Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success
- Deliver continuous prospecting activity and development of new accounts
- Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models
- Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required
- Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, Customer interactions, and Quotations
- Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis
Requirements
- Sales industry experience and/or comprehensive knowledge of the Surveying and Construction industry considered an asset
- Post secondary education in Business, Engineering, Construction or Surveying considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
- Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers
- Highly motivated, ambitious and energetic entrepreneurial outlook
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required

Overview
- Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager Construction for our Calgary region.
- Brandt is the exclusive Canada wide dealer for Topcon and Sokkia Positioning.
- We provide industry leading technologies to the construction, building, surveying, engineering, governmental, and mining markets.
- The Territory Manager Construction is responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer business.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- New account creation and development.

What We Look For
