Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver tennis coaching sessions according to the approved training program
- Provide individual and group coaching for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players
- Teach proper tennis techniques, footwork, strokes, tactics, and match strategies
- Assess players' performance and develop personalized improvement plans
- Monitor players' progress and maintain performance records
- Prepare players for local and international tournaments and competitions
- Conduct player evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure all training sessions start and finish on schedule
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment
- Ensure player safety by following all health and safety procedures
- Inspect courts and training equipment before each session
- Assist in organizing tournaments, camps, events, clinics, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred
- International Tennis Federation (ITF), PTR, GPTCA, or equivalent coaching certification is preferred
- Minimum of 2–5 years of tennis coaching experience
- Experience coaching junior and adult players at different skill levels
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver tennis coaching sessions according to the approved training program.

- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, and fair play among players.

- Inspect courts and training equipment before each session and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
- International Tennis Federation (ITF), PTR, GPTCA, or equivalent coaching certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of tennis coaching experience.
- Experience coaching junior and adult players at different skill levels.
- Tournament coaching experience is an advantage.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.

Compensation
