Job Summary

  • The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue, strengthen brand awareness, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • The role oversees sales performance, marketing activities, business development opportunities, and promotional campaigns to achieve the company's objectives and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish sales targets and monitor the sales team's performance to ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead sales negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and follow up on quotations and contracts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activities.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and improve the company's market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Work closely with the social media and creative teams to ensure marketing content is aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
  • Manage lead generation activities and ensure proper follow up on all sales inquiries and potential clients.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
