- Lead sales negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and follow up on quotations and contracts

- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments

- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and revenue performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven experience in developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of marketing, business development, and customer relationship management
- Experience in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary
