Overview

  • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all human resources functions within the organization.
  • The role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, employee management procedures, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave administration, and compliance with applicable labor regulations and company policies.
  • The HR Manager acts as a key point of contact between management and employees and is responsible for maintaining a professional, productive, and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in accordance with company requirements and applicable labor regulations.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including manpower requirements, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and review employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, warning letters, termination letters, promotion letters, and other HR related documents.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, contracts, identification documents, and HR databases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, working hours, shifts, lateness, absences, and fingerprint attendance records.
  • Manage annual leave, emergency leave, sick leave, and other employee leave requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate payroll related information, including attendance, deductions, allowances, commissions, overtime, and salary adjustments, with the Finance Department.
  • Handle employee relations matters, complaints, workplace concerns, and disciplinary cases professionally and confidentially.
  • Conduct investigations into employee misconduct and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare warning letters, disciplinary notices, and termination documentation when required.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and coordinate performance improvement plans with department managers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience in HR documentation, employee records, and HR reporting.

  • Resolution time for employee complaints and disciplinary cases.
  • Payroll and attendance data accuracy.
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding completion.
  • Visa, contract, and employee document renewal compliance.
  • Timely submission of HR reports to management.

Authority and Responsibility

  • The HR Manager is authorized to manage day to day human resources operations, communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, monitor employee compliance, and submit recommendations regarding recruitment, disciplinary actions, promotions, salary adjustments, and termination to senior management
  • The HR Manager must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee, payroll, management, and company related information.
