Tender Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tender process from opportunity identification through final submission.
• Review RFPs, ITTs, and EOIs to identify scope, deliverables, requirements, and submission criteria.
• Lead technical and commercial proposal preparation with engineering teams and management.
• Develop tender methodologies, execution plans, resource plans, organization charts, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate internal engineering disciplines and external consultants or subconsultants.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, professionally presented, and submitted within deadlines.
• Manage clarifications, presentations, negotiations, and post-tender requirements.
• Maintain tender trackers, databases, templates, and proposal records.
• Support tender strategy, risk assessment, and commercial positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in tendering or proposals, preferably in an engineering consultancy.
• Strong experience with engineering, infrastructure, transportation, or multidisciplinary consultancy tenders.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal or document management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Dubai engineering consultancy market, client requirements, authority processes, standards, and regulations is highly desirable.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 20,000 to AED 30,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Dubai.
• Applicants must currently reside in the UAE and be available to join within one month or less.
