Role Overview
ConsultantHSS is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive to join its team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will support the preparation, coordination, and submission of engineering consultancy tenders and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tender and proposal submission process.
- Review RFPs, ITTs, EOIs, and tender documents and prepare submission checklists.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to collect CVs, project references, methodologies, technical information, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and format technical and commercial proposal documents.
- Maintain tender trackers, submission schedules, opportunity databases, and document registers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely receipt of required information.
- Prepare company profiles, project sheets, CVs, organization charts, and other proposal documentation.
- Ensure submissions comply with client instructions and tender requirements.
- Assist with tender clarifications, presentations, and post-submission requirements.
- Maintain a database of previous proposals, templates, and supporting documents.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or diploma is required in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
