Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major engineering and infrastructure consultancy projects from design through construction support.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering, design, BIM, and project management teams.
• Manage client relationships and act as the senior point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Oversee design development, technical coordination, project programs, deliverables, and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, UAE regulations, and applicable authority standards.
• Oversee authority submissions, NOCs, approvals, and technical deliverables.
• Identify and resolve technical, design, coordination, and project risks.
• Review project deliverables, reports, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Support business development, proposals, client presentations, and consultancy growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably within an engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience leading major infrastructure or multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of design management, project management, BIM, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and other relevant authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management or design software.
• UAE or Dubai consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Workplace and Availability

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires in-person work.
• Applicants must currently reside in the UAE and be available to join within one month or less.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 15,000 to AED 35,000 per month.
