BIM Modeler - Roads

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality 3D road models using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Create and manage horizontal and vertical alignments, profiles, assemblies, corridors, and surfaces.
• Develop detailed models for roads, highways, intersections, junctions, roundabouts, and associated infrastructure.
• Prepare grading, earthworks, road levels, cross-sections, and detailed design elements.
• Coordinate road models with drainage, utilities, structures, landscape, and other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare plans, profiles, sections, schedules, and BIM deliverables.
• Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans, specifications, and Dubai authority requirements.
• Support engineers and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in road or infrastructure modelling with strong Civil 3D experience.
• Proven experience in road, highway, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai road and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authority requirements and submission procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, including alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies, surfaces, and grading.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• InfraWorks experience is an advantage.
• Ability to produce accurate construction drawings and BIM deliverables.

Workplace and Availability

• Work location is in person.
• Applicants must currently reside in the UAE and be available to join within one month or less.

Pay

• AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
