Role Overview
Manage and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets, ensure patient satisfaction, and improve overall team performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities, allocate resources, and coordinate workloads.
- Track call volume, conversion rates, revenue, and patient satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, training, feedback, and skill development.
- Motivate the team and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Handle escalated calls, complaints, and complex inquiries.
- Develop sales strategies and collaborate with other departments.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 1.00 per month.
Requirements
- Diploma required.
- At least 4 years of sales experience in UAE healthcare required.
- At least 4 years of experience in a UAE hospital or medical center required.
- Arabic required.
- Reliable commuting to Al-Ayn or relocation before starting work required.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
