Role Overview
Provide customer service and administrative support to patients, visitors, doctors, and staff at a medical center.
Handle patient interactions by telephone, electronically, and face to face.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries, handle complaints, and provide pricing and delivery information.
- Greet and assist patients and answer phone calls professionally.
- Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
- Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality of doctor, staff, and patient information.
- Follow policies and procedures and assist with treatment according to agreed protocols.
- Complete patient visit documentation, assist with paperwork, and collect co-payments.
- Evaluate relevant information to handle patient inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of experience in a UAE hospital or medical center is required.
- A diploma is preferred.
- Professional communication with patients, visitors, doctors, and staff is required.
