Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, call center, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target oriented personality
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- Zenora International is looking for energetic, confident, and target driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing Dubai real estate team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, promoting premium off plan and ready properties, and scheduling appointments for the sales team through professional telephone communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company provided leads and databases.
- Handle inbound property inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Introduce Dubai real estate investment opportunities and company projects.
- Understand clients' investment requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for Property Consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow ups, and client interactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients until conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, call center, or customer service is preferred.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Urdu.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and performance driven environment.
