Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate
About Us
Zenora International Real Estate LLC is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in premium residential and investment properties.
We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to support our sales team by generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and creating opportunities with prospective property investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and investors from company-provided databases.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their property investment requirements and budget.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the direct sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate qualified leads and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide information about available projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets. These responsibilities align with common Dubai real estate telesales roles. (Indeed)
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center, customer service, or real estate sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English required; Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Urdu, or other languages are an advantage.
- Confident telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn. (Indeed)
