Job Title: Tele Caller / Appointment Setter – Real Estate Investments
About The Role
Zenora International Real Estate LLC is seeking an energetic and results-driven **Tele Caller / Appointment Setter** to support our growing real estate investment sales team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, understanding their investment interests, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our direct sales consultants.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and contributing to sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective investors through outbound calls.
- Introduce the company's real estate investment opportunities professionally.
- Understand client requirements and assess investment interest.
- Qualify and filter leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize appointment attendance.
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
- Fluent English required; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus.
