Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company provided databases
- Introduce Dubai real estate projects and understand customer requirements
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and investment goals
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or Russian are an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work from the Dubai office

Job Summary
- Zenora International is looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our Real Estate Sales Team
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer focused approach, and the ability to engage prospective clients interested in Dubai real estate
