Role Overview

Sandcastle Properties is seeking a motivated, results-driven Telesales Executive for its real estate team.

The role connects with buyers, investors, and tenants by phone to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support property sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote current residential and commercial real estate listings and projects.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and property portals.
  • Match client requirements with suitable property options and schedule property-viewing appointments.
  • Connect interested clients with sales agents and meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property developments, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales experience is required; real estate experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
  • Candidates should be confident, persuasive, professional when handling objections, positive, energetic, and goal-oriented.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or another language is an advantage.
  • At least one year of telecalling experience and a bachelor's degree in any field are required.

Compensation
