Role Overview

Sandcastle Properties is seeking an experienced property consultant specializing in key Dubai communities.

The role provides professional advice and real estate services for property sales, leasing, and acquisitions.

Employment and Workplace

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.
  • The compensation is AED 2,000–6,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in Dubai properties.
  • Maintain market expertise in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, JBR, Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, and D1.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Generate business through networking, referrals, and market activities.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers among buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Track market trends, launches, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to identify suitable properties.
  • Achieve individual and team sales and leasing targets.
  • Maintain accurate client, lead, and transaction records.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates need 2–3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Valid RERA certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the specified Dubai property markets is required.
  • Candidates need excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • The role requires a self-motivated, target-driven approach and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Professional appearance and excellent client-handling skills are required.
