Company Overview

Sandcastle Properties is a Dubai-based real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, and off-plan developments.

The company provides property solutions across the UAE and beyond with a client-first approach.

Position Summary

Sandcastle Properties is seeking a driven and licensed real estate agent with at least six months of active experience.

Candidates must have real estate experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Provide market analysis and guidance to clients.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
  • Use CRM and marketing tools to manage and grow the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a real estate agent.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
