Position Summary
Seeking a driven and licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 6 months of active experience.
The role supports clients across property transactions in a high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide market analysis and guidance to clients.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Use CRM and marketing tools to manage and grow the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a real estate agent.
- Licensed real estate agent.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
