Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of Dubai real estate experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Additional languages are highly preferred, especially Russian or European languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
Responsibilities
- Pursue real estate sales opportunities in Dubai's luxury property market.
- Work with fresh daily leads provided by the company.
- Use CRM software to support property sales activity and client management.
- Build client relationships through communication, negotiation, and networking.
