- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients and gather customer feedback.
- Explain services, features, and benefits to support client onboarding.
- Maintain customer records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Provide customer service with professional phone etiquette.
- Analyze interactions and feedback to improve outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer engagement and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluent English is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset are required.
- Prior customer service, outbound calling, telesales, sales, or call-center knowledge is advantageous rather than mandatory.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are expected.
