Role Overview
DreamGateway Immigration Services is hiring an Outreach Agent for a customer service role in Dubai, UAE.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
- Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce services and gather customer feedback.
- Support client onboarding by explaining services, features, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Analyze customer interactions and feedback to improve outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and service quality.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge or experience in customer service, outbound calling, tele sales, sales, or call center operations is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset are required.
