Job Summary
Manage the front desk and provide general administrative support.
The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, organized, reliable, and responsible.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
- Answer and direct phone calls and take messages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Open and close the office, including lights and the conference room television.
- Maintain attendance sheets, visitor forms, and other company documents.
- Support interview and trainee or on-the-job training documentation.
- Assist management with refreshments and other administrative tasks.
- Monitor and arrange office supplies and petty cash requests.
- Prepare meeting rooms and support general office requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and complete other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills are required.
- A professional, friendly, and presentable manner is expected.
- Basic computer and documentation skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and work independently is required.
