The employer is hiring an Outreach Agent for a customer service role in Dubai, UAE.
Freshers are welcome to apply, and candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce services and gather feedback.
- Support client onboarding by explaining services, features, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Deliver customer service with professional phone etiquette and communication.
- Analyze customer interactions and feedback to improve outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and service quality.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge or experience in customer service, outbound calling, telesales, sales, or call center operations is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset are required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
