- Conduct daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
- Promote the company's products and services over the phone.

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with branch sales teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Follow up with customers who have not completed their requests through the application and encourage them to proceed.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts when required.
- Contact customers 15 days before contract expiry to confirm renewal or return intentions.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining service quality and communication standards.
- Contact companies, government entities, and major organizations to present sales offers and establish business agreements.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all work related information.

- Practical knowledge of English (required)
