Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects
- Ensure projects comply with the organization's PMO standards, governance framework, and methodologies
- Develop and maintain project governance documentation, templates, and standards
- Support project managers in applying PMO processes and best practices
- Maintain the strategic project portfolio and monitor project status
- Consolidate project updates, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization
- Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and executive reports
- Monitor project KPIs and strategic performance indicators
- Prepare periodic reports for executive management and governance committees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in PMO, Strategy Execution, Corporate Strategy, or Project Management
- Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, project governance, and portfolio management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar reporting tools
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- PMP, PMI PMOCP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are preferred

Job Summary
- The PMO Specialist will support the Strategy Department by establishing and maintaining project governance, monitoring strategic initiatives, tracking performance, and ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- This role is internally focused and does not involve client or account management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
- Ensure projects comply with the organization's PMO standards, governance framework, and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project governance documentation, templates, and standards.
- Support project managers in applying PMO processes and best practices.
- Maintain the strategic project portfolio and monitor project status.
- Consolidate project updates, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Support portfolio prioritization and project performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and executive reports.
- Monitor project KPIs and strategic performance indicators.
- Prepare periodic reports for executive management and governance committees.
- Analyze project performance and recommend improvement actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in PMO, Strategy Execution, Corporate Strategy, or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, project governance, and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- PMP, PMI PMOCP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within a Strategy, Transformation, or PMO Office.
- Experience supporting executive committees and strategic governance meetings.
- Familiarity with OKRs, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), strategic planning, and performance management.
- Experience with enterprise PMO tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Planview, Microsoft Project).
