Job Overview

  • The Performance Management Specialist is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and analyzing the performance of departments and employees.
  • Ensures alignment between KPIs and the company's strategic objectives.
  • Supports organizational effectiveness by preparing performance reports, providing recommendations, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze labor market trends and conduct benchmarking studies to support competitive reward policies.
  • Develop performance standards and prepare annual KPI reports and achievement metrics aligned with HR strategy.
  • Review and align KPIs and strategic initiatives with company objectives.
  • Develop individual employee goals and provide guidance for professional development.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the performance management system while ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate with Training and Development to implement recognition and development programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop detailed KPI scorecards and annual performance plans.
  • Collect and consolidate performance objectives across departments.
  • Design and maintain Balanced Scorecard templates and performance evaluation forms.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Prepare and publish periodic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain, review, and ensure completeness of employee performance evaluation records and databases.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Performance Management (required).
  • Experience in Performance Management within HR function (preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of English (required).
  • Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
