- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls accurately, courteously, and efficiently, including wake up calls, guest paging, staff paging, international calls, and directory assistance
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests, maintain guest privacy, resolve complaints professionally, and promote hotel services and facilities
- Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, local services and assist with meeting room reservations and business center services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure hotel information and directories remain current
- Comply with Hilton policies, health and safety standards, fire and emergency procedures, and maintain awareness of hotel safety systems
- Report hazards, security incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, customer service, call center, or front office role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management or telephone systems
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Job Description
- A Telephone Operator is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
Responsibilities
- Call Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls accurately, courteously, and efficiently, including wake up calls, guest paging, staff paging, international calls, and directory assistance.
- Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests, maintain guest privacy, resolve complaints professionally, and promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
