Job Description
- Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a Guest Service Agent Telephone Operator, you’re ensuring a seamless answering calls process and delivering memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm welcome: Greet guests upon arrival and complete check in process
- Support efficient check out: Process guest departures, verify charges, handle payments
- Provide hotel and local knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings and local area
