- Develop strong relationships and partnerships with key accounts
- Identify and qualify group and meeting needs of clients, present suitable solutions and proposals
- Convert business opportunities into business transactions
- Act as communicator between accounts and hotels
- Document development of business opportunity within relevant systems
- Present Hilton Worldwide hotels professionally in line with Hilton’s Values
- Reach agreed goals and deliver incremental revenue for all Hilton Worldwide hotels
- Assess actual performance compared to targets
- Enforce policies and procedures to improve overall operations and effectiveness
- Ensure proposals and contracts are checked/validated
- Support accurate communication of sales promotions
- Participate in industry events and represent Hilton Worldwide at trade fairs
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School/GED
- Proven hotel sales experience in Groups, Conference & Events or as Sales Executive
- Effective collaborative skills
- Strong administrative and organizational focus
- Persuading and influencing skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English

Position Statement
- Hilton Direct Middle East & Africa is looking for an Account Executive to manage group and meeting inquiries of a portfolio of clients selling Hilton Worldwide properties.
Position Summary
