Responsibilities
- Develop carrier service and software solution opportunities
- Analyze customer requirements and develop competitive service solutions
- Support telecom service strategy, business development, and market insights
- Lead the service solution design for telecom operators
- Prepare service commercial proposals and bidding documentation
- Interpret customer RFPs and coordinate internal bidding activities
- Participate in customer clarification meetings and technical presentations
- Support branding activities including summits, exhibitions, and executive customer visits
- Build strong relationships with telecom operator customers
- Work closely with internal sales, delivery, and product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecom Presales, Professional Services, or Solution Management
- Experience supporting telecom operator projects
- Experience with telecom service or software solutions
- Knowledge of SmartCare, Managed Services, Data Center Services, or Telecom Software Solutions preferred
- Preferred experience with Huawei LTC process, carrier bidding, commercial proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ response, service commercial design
- Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin

- This customer facing role combines telecom presales, solution consulting, service commercial design, bid management, and strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
