Project Role
Technology Support Engineer responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components and maintaining operational stability.
The role provides Tier 2/3 support for smart workplace technologies across corporate facilities.
Workplace Technology Support
- Deploy, register, configure, and troubleshoot Appspace media players, digital signage, wayfinding kiosks, and scheduling panels.
- Monitor Cisco Spaces indoor location, BLE beaconing, Wi-Fi analytics, and workspace density services.
- Install and maintain AV hardware, IoT devices, Cisco Webex room kits, touch panels, and signage players.
Networking and Integrations
- Coordinate connectivity, VLAN tagging, Wi-Fi authentication, and firewall requirements for IoT endpoints.
- Support integrations among Appspace, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Microsoft 365 or Exchange calendars.
Incident and Change Management
- Resolve incident tickets, investigate root causes, and address display outages and synchronization issues.
- Create and implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles.
- Maintain hardware inventories and enforce system security compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors and service management teams on issue analysis and resolution.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Appspace, Cisco Spaces, endpoint hardware, Cisco Webex boards, touch panels, signage boxes, and smart TVs.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi, network fundamentals, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and Microsoft 365 Calendar integration.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on administration experience with the listed workplace technology platforms and endpoint hardware.

- The position is based at the employer's Bengaluru office.
