Position Summary

The Enterprise Architect will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AI-powered solutions, Agentic AI platforms, and intelligent automation across Cloud and Infrastructure Services.

The role will develop AI-driven service offerings, autonomous operations frameworks, and domain-specific AI agents for managed services environments.

The architect will collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Digital Workplace, Service Management, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for Cloud and Infrastructure Services.
  • Design AI-powered solutions, Agentic AI frameworks, and intelligent automation platforms.
  • Build AI agents for service desk, infrastructure, cloud, security, network, and end-user computing operations.
  • Develop use cases for ticket automation, self-healing infrastructure, predictive analytics, capacity management, FinOps, compliance, and operational insights.
  • Architect solutions using GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent systems.
  • Integrate AI solutions with ITSM, observability, monitoring, cloud management, and security platforms.
  • Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Partner with operations teams, support pre-sales and customer workshops, and develop reusable AI accelerators.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 18+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise IT environments.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI, GenAI, automation, AIOps, or intelligent operations.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, AI orchestration, and AI automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q, Google Vertex AI, or an equivalent AI platform.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI with ITSM, monitoring, observability, and infrastructure management tools.
  • Strong programming and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, APIs, and scripting frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution architecture skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managed services, cloud operations, infrastructure operations, or AIOps environments.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale automation and self-healing solutions.
  • Cloud or AI certifications from Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Exposure to ITIL, service management, and operational governance frameworks.

Deliver AI agents and automation that improve service delivery efficiency.

Reduce manual operational effort through intelligent automation and autonomous operations.

Accelerate incident resolution, improve customer experience, and optimize support costs.

Establish a scalable AI innovation framework for future service transformation.

Leadership Expectations

Create action plans based on business objectives and help direct strategic planning for the department.

Balance stakeholder concerns, make timely decisions, and take responsibility for work quality and deadlines.

Build high-performing teams through resources, rapport, trust, coaching, and constructive feedback.

Advocate for change, evaluate innovative ideas, and communicate change plans effectively.
