Job Summary

Production Planning

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP PP processes.
• Analyze and resolve production planning, manufacturing, and execution issues.
• Support and optimize MRP, production orders, process orders, capacity planning, shop floor control, demand management, scheduling, and batch management.
• Configure and maintain BOMs, routings, production versions, work centers, and PRTs.
• Support production order lifecycles from creation through confirmation and settlement.

Quality Management

• Support SAP S/4HANA quality management processes.
• Configure and maintain inspection types, inspection plans, sampling procedures, quality notifications, certificates, and quality control processes.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections, defect tracking, corrective actions, audits, and quality compliance.
• Configure quality workflows and approval processes.

S/4HANA Enhancements

• Perform impact analysis, gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and implement system enhancements.
• Conduct configuration changes and testing activities.
• Support SAP Fiori applications, release management, transport activities, and custom developments with ABAP developers.

Integration and Service Management

• Support integrations with MM, SD, EWM, PM, FI/CO, MES, SAP IBP/APO, and third-party manufacturing and quality systems.
• Manage tickets through ServiceNow, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager and meet SLA requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis, support critical production periods, and prepare knowledge articles and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP, SAP QM, and SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes.
• Deep understanding of MRP Live, production planning, production execution, quality inspection, batch management, and serial number management.
• SAP S/4HANA configuration experience and ability to prepare functional specification documents.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, IDocs, interfaces, integration concepts, workflows, and output management.
• Experience with incident management, problem management, testing, defect management, user training, documentation, and process mapping.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation and support experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, or chemicals, is preferred.
• SAP Activate, SAP EWM, PP/DS, or SAP PP/S/4HANA Manufacturing certification is preferred.
