Role Overview

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and 3+ years of HRSD experience are required.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD is required.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST API is required.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting and automation expertise using JavaScript and Glide is required.
• Experience with Advanced Work Assignment, Performance Analytics, and Transform Maps is required.
• Hands-on experience managing HR lifecycle events such as onboarding, transitions, and offboarding is required.
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementer certification is required.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Service Portal.
• Develop and manage REST API integrations with external systems while supporting data flow and security compliance.
• Use JavaScript and Glide scripting to automate processes and build business rules, client scripts, script includes, and workflows.
• Configure Advanced Work Assignment for task automation and workload distribution.
• Use Performance Analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics.
• Configure Transform Maps for data loading, migration, and synchronization.
• Design and manage workflows for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external partners to align solutions with business needs.
• Advise on HRSD design, setup, and best practices.
