Role Overview
YASH Technologies is seeking a Principal Consultant - SAP FICO in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
The role focuses on SAP FI solution design, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, support, and migration.
The position includes guidance and mentorship for junior consultants and team members.
Solution Design and Implementation
- Design and implement SAP FI solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into SAP FI functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP FI, including chart of accounts, account determination, and document types.
Integration and Testing
- Ensure SAP FI integrates with SAP SD, SAP MM, other SAP modules, and external systems.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts and perform functional testing.
Support and Documentation
- Provide support and troubleshoot SAP FI-related issues in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain design, configuration, and test documentation.
- Keep current with SAP FI features, functionalities, and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
Leadership and Migration
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members on SAP FI topics.
- Lead or participate in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
Required Qualifications
- Have extensive experience in SAP FI configuration, customization, and full-cycle implementations.
- Have strong knowledge of SAP FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Have deep functional knowledge of financial accounting principles and processes.
- Have experience integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex issues.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have experience managing SAP FI projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Additional Desired Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is desired.
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial processes and regulations is desired.
- Experience with SAP Cloud solutions such as SAP BTP is desired.
